When Mike Carr accepted his award for the APRA Song of the Year at the beginning of 2008, he knew it was going to be a good year. His inkling was confirmed when he won his first Golden Guitar for 'Real People' which he co-wrote with Melinda Schneider for her most recent album. The Mike Carr show is a combination of Mike's hit songs including songs he has penned for Australian country music stars Adam Brand and Melinda Schneider to name but two.
