CMC Rocks the Snowys will once again take place at Thredbo's Friday Flat on Friday 5 & Saturday 6 of March

Thredbo is located in the heart of the diverse region of the Snowy Mountains. It is set in a valley in the spectacular Kosciuszko National Park. Thredbo is 33 kilometres from the township of Jindabyne and 100 kilometres from Cooma. NATIONAL PARK ENTRY

Entry to the National Park is included in the price of your ticket. The National Park ticket will cover the Festival at Thredbo and will be valid from midday on the 5th March to midday on the 7th of March with the following conditions:

  • Ticket price includes park use fee. ...Ticketing
  • To gain entry to the park, customer must show their valid ticket at the Visitor Entry Station on the Alpine Way.
  • Park use fee valid from midday 5 March 2010 to midday
    7 March 2010
  • Park use fee is valid for the Festival in Thredbo only.
  • Thredbo is in Kosciuszko National Park
  • Pets are not allowed in the park. Pet Holiday Homes are
    available - see list to the right for more information.

STRICTLY NO CHAIRS

Although blankets and soft-seating is very welcome they are not allowed to be placed in the STANDING ROOM ONLY zone directly in front of the stage. The exclusion zone will be very clearly marked and if in doubt please ask security or go to the information area.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

CMC Rocks the Snowys is a catered and licenced event. You can bring some small snacks with you but not an esky. Food and drinks are available to purchase at the venue.

CHARITY

Each year CMC Rocks the Snowys partners up with a charity in the local area to give back to the community. This year we have chosen the Corroboree Frog which is a group aimed at protecting this very rare and treasured species of frog native to the Kosciusko National Park.
